Did my first ever fucking beep test lmao, and I hated it.

I managed to reach 12-5. FUCK.

One of my classmates got 14-4 and one got 14-8 D:

No it's not :L Just measures your cardiovascular fitness Very Happy It's part of my course to do fitness tests for Health. Managed to do 65 push ups in 1 minute, and 58 sit ups in 1 minute too Wink
