Can someone tell me how to record a video? I have a camera but idk how to record while playing PSP.... I put the camera down on the table to record but its hard to play when i do it

I don't have a stand yet so I lie half reclined on a bed, put a pillow on my lap, and prop the camera up on the pillow with something holding it in place.
